What kinds of information can I find in the CX Marketplace?

Our CX Marketplace gathers together thought leadership articles (blogs) plus downloadable resources such as research reports, whitepapers, case studies, and infographics - all searchable from the Marketplace homepage by keyword and topic tag.

On individual partner pages you can find that partner's blogs, resources, and social media feeds, plus detailed information on service offerings and overall approach to CX solutions. You can also get in touch with partners directly by using their page's contact form.

How often is this information updated?

In a fast-paced, highly competitive environment, the CX landscape changes very quickly. Each month, the partners featured in our CX Marketplace submit new blogs and resources so you can stay on top of the latest trends. 

What's a "Member with Insight"?

LAUN5vTyJmTeeLiC3Hg7_memberswithtooltip-M.jpgThe CX Marketplace enables private, peer-to-peer knowledge-sharing about its featured partners, so you can benefit from other KIA Community members' unfiltered thoughts and feedback. Each partner page includes a Members With Insight box, which displays all the members who have indicated on their profiles that they have personal knowledge of the partner that they are willing to share. Community members are encouraged to reach out to these Members with Insight via private message for input on partners they’d like to learn more about. 

To become a Member with Insight, simply visit your community profile page and select partners from the "CX Marketplace - Partner Insights" menu. (Find detailed information on this feature, including screenshots, here.)

Who can see if I'm a Member with Insight?

The contents of the "Members with Insights" box is visible to community members ONLY. For non-members and logged-out members, this box appears blank. Protecting your privacy is very important to us! 

I'm not currently looking for new business partners. Why should I visit the CX Marketplace?

By gathering content-rich, robust, and timely blogs and resources in one place, the CX Marketplace is must-visit for CX Leaders looking to broaden and deepen their understanding of emerging technologies and stay on top of the latest trends. Additional content is added each month, and new service providers join us throughout the year, so don't forget to come back and see what's new!
