KIA Community CX Open Forum Rules & Expectations

Thank you for being part of Know It All (KIA) Community. To ensure the best possible experience for all members, we've established five basic rules of the road. By joining our community, you agree that you have read and will follow these rules and guidelines. Thanks in advance!

    • Scan your Community Digest. Please take just 10-15 seconds every day to skim the first few lines of your community digest. This is your opportunity to check in with peers at other brands to find out what's top of mind in CX.

    • Participate in discussion. We are a small community with tremendous brainpower. Bring your expertise, experience, and insight to the table!

    • Recommend helpful responses. Our members often provide detailed, thoughtful responses to fairly complex questions. If a generous member helps you out, you can reply with a thank you and also "recommend" their response by clicking the Recommend button at the top right of the post.

    • Respect members' privacy. Do not use tools such as the Member Directory or private messaging to promote external events or organizations.

      • Keep your profile up to date. Our networking tool is only as good as its information. Periodically, we'll be asking you to revisit your profile page as we introduce new features to help our members collaborate and connect.

Please note that our CX Open Forum within the KIA community is reserved for senior executives at consumer brands only. If you move on to a role with a business partner, please notify us of your change in circumstance so we can deactivate your account. We'd be happy to welcome you back should you return to the consumer side in the future.

Consultants are not eligible for KIA membership. While we appreciate that many consultants work full-time for the brands they advise, maintaining a sale-free zone for our members is crucial to maintaining open dialog.

Terms and conditions are subject to change at any time without notification. Please check back periodically for updates to stay informed of any changes.
